Lone Star Property Inspectors is a well-established company in the Coastal Bend. We have been in business for 20 years. Our inspectors are very familiar with local construction practices and land conditions (i.e. grading and drainage; soil).
We have two inspectors with the designation of Professional Real Estate Inspector. This license designation from Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires additional hours of study and a higher level of testing (above the Real Estate Inspector Designation), additional Continuing Education hours each year as approved by TREC, and a minimum number of completed inspections per year.
